Bald Range fire
A wildfire broke out in British Columbia on Friday, August 7. The province has declared a state of emergency, and thousands of residents have evacuated their homes. The fire has doubled in size since crews first spotted it.Airbnb.org is partnering with the Province of British Columbia's Provincial Emergency Coordination Centre (PECC) to provide free, emergency housing to people displaced by the fire.Residents impacted by the Bald Range fire can directly apply for housing if their primary home is in a mandatory evacuation zone, and we can verify your identity.
